Goldie Uttamchandani, responsible for the website, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, makes this document available to users, with which it intends to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), as well as to inform all users of the website regarding the conditions of use. Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

The service may be interrupted, or the relationship with the User may be terminated immediately if it is detected that a use of its Web Space, or of any of the services offered therein, is contrary to these General Terms of Use. We will only be responsible for removing, as soon as possible, any content that may cause such harm, provided we are notified accordingly. In particular, we will not be liable for damages that may arise from, among other things: Security or browsing errors caused by a browser malfunction or the use of outdated browser versions are not the company's responsibility. The company's administrators reserve the right to remove, in whole or in part, any content or information present on the website. The company excludes all liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the misuse of freely available services by users of the website. It is also exempt from any liability for the content and information received through data collection forms, as these forms are solely for providing consultation and answering questions. The company may request, at any time, that you remove any link to the Web Space, after which you must proceed to remove it immediately. The company cannot control the information, content, products, or services provided by other websites that have established links to this website. 

8. Data Protection

To use some of the Services, the User must first provide certain personal data. The company will process this data automatically and apply the corresponding security measures, all in compliance with the GDPR. The User can access the policy followed in the processing of personal data, as well as the purposes established beforehand, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The company reserves the right to use “cookie” technology on the Web Space, in order to recognize you as a frequent User and personalize your use of the Web Space by pre-selecting your language, or more desired or specific content. 11. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable in any way in case of impossibility of providing service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous event. 

12. Dispute Resolution, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. Should any provision of these General Terms of Use be deemed unenforceable or invalid under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these General Terms of Use unenforceable or invalid in their entirety. In such cases, the company shall modify or replace the provision with a valid and enforceable provision that, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and intent reflected in the original provision.
